We love this Alexa bag from Mulberry.  Available in other colours but we think best in this shade which is perfect for our current love affair with brights.  The satchel / briefcase style is also hot right now, so this bag is a real winner on all counts.  Made from fabulously soft leather it can be dressed up or dressed down, carried by hand, over your shoulder, across the body or on your arm, making truly versatile.
